And we’re back! Pairing #8 is here, and this time around, we’re headed Down Under for our wines. Australia is a powerhouse in the winemaking community, and more and more independent producers are rising up. In addition to their history in growing French varietals, Australia is also now the second biggest producer of Italian native grapes in the world. As always, we’ll be pairing amazing cheeses from Orrman’s.
