The Lodge

Our monthly Rockwater Wine & Cheese Club is a chance for guests to gather in The Lodge, as the drinks flow, our host Toby will guide you through a delightful cheese and wine tasting experience.

The cheese will be provided by local cheese monger, The Cheese Man, and the wine carefully selected to make the perfect pair. Each attendee will enjoy a cheese and wine flight, sampling four varieties of each as Tom walks the group through flavour pairings and tasting notes in this interactive session.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how to pair the right wine with the perfect cheese, along with insights into the art of creating balanced flavour combinations.
