WINDSOR 'Myofascia and yoga exploration' with Gary Carte

The sessions that Gary presents at Yoga for Harmony are aimed at developing aspects of personal practice rather than instruction based lead posture work. Gary will encourage you to suggest areas of your practice or your body that you’d like to explore and he will theme the sessions as he goes.
We tend not to 'theme' the sessions, but go with the flow of interest on the day, so feel free to come with any questions and areas of your practise you would like to explore.
His workshops involve the use of props, illustrations, and hands-on work in class to help demonstrate the principles that underlie your movement practice.
Anatomical tuition is included, but the sessions are movement-focused.
Always popular, these sessions are intended for Yoga, Pilates and Movement teachers, trainee teachers and experienced students who would like to explore their yoga practice in more depth.
These classes are not suitable for beginners.
