11 lives, 8 stories, endless frustration. Fear, hilarity, anger, loss, and love unfolding
behind curtains, blinds, broken glass, and bars. Whether navigating the self-reflection of
isolation, or the unease of a chance meeting between strangers in need, or the simple
realization of how much we value our most basic connection with others, WINDOWS
delves into the devastation and new beginnings found in a world forced to face an abyss
together but alone. What we each endured as individuals when time suddenly stood still
may have differed, but we were all changed by the experience. Our characters
reshaped. For better or worse. What were you doing in 2020?
Windows is being presented by special arrangement with the play's author, Ms. Tawni
O'Dell. Such arrangement is due to Big Dawg's support of the play’s world premiere at
The Town Hall, New York, NY in March of 2024.
It should be noted that performance rights to WINDOWS have only been granted to Big
Dawg Productions. This will be only the second production of WINDOWS anywhere in
the world.
This play has not been licensed to any other company anywhere, nor is there
expectation that such license will happen in the immediate future. We are most grateful
to Ms. O'Dell for her reciprocating our support of her work and allowing Big Dawg to
deliver a first look to our audience.
