The California Lutheran University Wind Ensemble and String Symphony will take the stage for an eclectic afternoon of music under the direction of Michael Hart, DMA, and Breanna Thornton, DMA. Each ensemble will perform its own selections, highlighting the distinctive character of winds and strings through both classical favorites and contemporary works.
The program culminates with a combined performance, uniting the two ensembles for a powerful finale in the beautiful setting of Samuelson Chapel.
The concert is free. Donations will be accepted at the door.
