Join us for some mindful movements to improve your health! Every Wednesday lunchtime.
I will be mixing sitting or standing moves, from various practices such as Chigong, yoga, pilates, Tai chi, meditation, breathwork etc.
No mat or particular clothing is required.
It's the perfect midweek treat to unwind and recharge. Come to the Swindon Hub, located at 36 The Parade, Swindon SN1 1BA, UK.
Grab a friend or two and enjoy exploring moving your body to improve your health.
Suitable for beginners as no previous experience is necessary. Move within your comfort range and build up slowly.
