COMMUNITY COUNCIL MEETING - WINCHBURGH MAIN STREET PLANNING APPLICATIONThe Community Council will be holding a meeting next Monday, 12th January, at 7pm in the Community Centre, for members of the public to attend and air their opinions regarding planning application 0307/FUL/25, regarding the proposed changes to the layout of the Main Street.
Following conversations with the Council's Roads department, it has become clear that, despite there having been over 190 objections being logged to the application, the Council are keen to approve and progress this application.
We have requested the Council attend this meeting and they have agreed, therefore we are calling on all residents of Winchburgh to attend and make their voices heard, as we have been made aware from our meetings and the objections lodged, that this is not something the majority of people want to go ahead.
