About This Workshop:
Join Glow in this unique "Immersive Yoga Experience" where you will be guided through a Hatha Yoga practice, followed by our Anti-Gravity Restorative Yoga practice, where you will experience the one of a kind opportunity of Floating Shavasana while being comforted and relaxed by Glow's Sound Bath. at the end of your practice you will have an opportunity to journal and reflect. Yummy shakes will be provided at the end of your workshop!
