The team of two will be offering a variety of specialised workshops, bridging Yoga Movement, Mindfulness & the 3 Pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breath, Cold Exposure & Mindset Commitment. A delicious wholesome lunch will be provided.
Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, deepen your yoga practice or curious to find out more on the Wim Hof Method, this retreat offers something for everyone. Come along with an open mind and be prepared to lean in and expect the unexpected!

Arrival Time: from 9.15AM to acclimatise; please arrive on an empty stomach (as much as possible)
