Join us for a unique retreat in the heart of Lahemaa National Park, where we combine the powerful tools of the Wim Hof Method with the grounding practice of yoga. Together, we’ll explore:

*A 145€ advance payment is required to reserve your place. This advance payment is non-refundable in case of personal cancellation, but fully refunded if the retreat is cancelled on our side (minimum not reached). You will pay the remaining 350€ on the spot.

✨This retreat is guided by Gaetan, certified Wim Hof Method advanced instructor, and Alina, 200hr certified yoga teacher.
Together, they have led many groups through breath, movement, and cold immersion. After more than 3 years living in Estonia and
embracing its wild winters, Gaetan & Alina has learned to connect deeply with the cold and the beauty of Estonian nature - and
now they are ready to share this experience with you.
With only 10 participants, you will enjoy a a cosy atmosphere where everyone feels seen and
supported. Our base will be at Mikka Majutus (Pihlaspea), with activities both on-site and in the surrounding nature.
Expect the unexpected - and trust you will be immersed in peaceful nature.

✨Program:
Over the course of three days, we will do various practices including deep breathwork, yoga, meditation, sauna, dipping in cold water, and hike in the forest. And most importantly we will show ourselves new possibilities. Let the nature of Lahemaa inspire and balance us ! For the best experience, come with an open mind and an open heart.
Start : 27th of February at 16h
End : 1st of March around 16h in Tallinn.

You will receive a packing list a few weeks before the retreat.
What you will definitely need:
• Warm clothing
• Day bagpack
• Yogamat & blanket
• Hiking/Snow shoes
• Hat and gloves
• Swimsuit, towels & flipflops
• Water shoes
✨Accomodation:
You will be staying at the heart of Lahemaa National Park at Mikka Majutus with beautiful forests and sea shores nearby. Accomodation with shared facilities (showers and toilets are shared with roomates), sauna, pond and hot tube.
Shared rooms are separate gendered if requested (2-4 persons per room).
✨Meals:
Vegetarian food will be provided throughout the whole weekend to keep us fueled for our adventures.
All meals included. Vegans are welcome !
This travel is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
The number of places is limited! This retreat requires a minimum of 6 participants. If the minimum is not reached by January 28, the retreat will be cancelled and the advance payment (145€) will be fully refunded.
