WHM Instructors Anna (Lvl 2) and Joep (Lvl 3), will guide you on the adventure of a lifetime in the Icelandic wilderness.
You will get to experience the Wim Hof Method like never before, surrounded by volcanic landscapes we’ll be plunging in waterfalls and ice cold lakes 🤩

Each day begins with a deep and connecting breathwork session, followed by epic hikes, and cold dips in Iceland's waterfalls and glacier lakes. It's time to embrace the extraordinary within you!
Our accommodation is basic and cozy, all rooms are shared with 2 or 3 people and we have two private bedrooms. All facilities are shared with the whole group. We have a sauna and geothermal hot pool where we can relax and chat or ponder about life. Our private chef will cook plantbased and healthy meals, a treat for mind, body and the planet.

Your guides are two experienced WHM instructors that have extensive experience in the Wim Hof Method.
🕺🏼 Joep is a level 3 instructor, he is involved in the WHM Academy training the next generation of instructors and is involved in the development of new scientific research, he combines the Wim Hof Method with his work as a life coach.
💃🏼 Anna is a level 2 instructor, teaching the method on Wim’s international expeditions in Poland and Spain, she is an Iceland specialist with Icelandic roots and has a background in psycho-somatics.
