Deep, but never serious, Donato's unique and refreshing style brings spiritual concepts down to Earth. In this session, he will share stories about studying with Wim Hof and how Breathwork fits into the Integrative Living Model.
⭐️ Who: Sensei Donato Helbling is a well-established leader in the Miami movement scene and a truly special man with a uniquely wide background. He has been studying and teaching Martial Arts, Yoga, Meditation, and Philosophy for over 15 years at Budokon University, served as the Movement Director for Aman Resorts, heads Human Development Labs - an incubator for innovative and disruptive startups, and is the Founder of The Integrative Living Model.
