Please read the waiver and terms and conditions before purchasing a ticket:
Terms of service

All persons using the sauna, cold shower and cold plunge bath do so at their own risk.

You agree to be held responsible for ensuring that you (and all members of your party if you are making a group booking) understand and follow the information below. This is to ensure a safe and happy environment for everyone.

If the terms to set out below are breached, Wiltshire Wild Sauna reserves the right to terminate your use of the sauna immediately, at their discretion.

General and medical information

Always check with a doctor before using a sauna if you are;
pregnant, diabetic, have a heart condition or any other medical condition. This includes a history of fainting or dizziness, and any metal, pin, rod, artificial or surgical implants, including silicone.

You understand and take full responsibility for your health whilst using our sauna. Anyone using our facility assumes full responsibility for any such medical condition, to include but not limited to, any medications the guest may take which could result in a medical emergency or unsafe condition. All guests must know their own limitations and assume all risks associated with using our sauna throughout the duration of the visit and after.

By booking with payment, you agree to our terms of service, understand the risks and (if applicable) have consulted with a medical professional prior to use.

You are advised to drink plenty of water before and after your sauna. There are taps on site for filling up bottles - or please ask a member of the team if you need water. It is also advised to eat at least one to two hours before your sauna session.

Sauna etiquette must be followed at all times. You can find more on our website.

No glass is permitted on site.

The sauna is for people over 18 only.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time due to unsuitable weather conditions. We will contact you to rearrange your booking. Your safety is our first concern.

You can cancel or amend up to 48 hr before the booking. Please see our ‘refunds and cancellation’ policy for details.

Wiltshire Wild Sauna is located in a field - and there are some accessibility issues to consider.

Sauna temperature

At Wiltshire Wild Sauna, the sauna temperature varies but is usually around 80 degrees celsius. Prolonged exposure in a sauna may cause you to overheat.

It is advised that you limit each use to 15 minute sessions - or use the sand timer located above the door in the sauna. You must know your own limits and listen to your body. If you start to feel dizzy, nauseous, faint, sleepy or sick - please leave the sauna immediately.

Alcohol, drugs, Medic*tion and the right to refuse entry

Consumption of alcohol, drugs and other medications before and during your sauna is not recommended and anyone found intoxicated will be refused entry to the sauna. Refunds will not be given.

We hold the right to refuse entry to anyone who is deemed physically unfit to use the sauna.

Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted.

Belongings

Do not bring metal, phones or any items that could retain heat, overheat or get damaged in the sauna.

Please remove jewellery that could cause injury from overheating and scalding - or wear it at your own risk.

Wiltshire Wild Sauna does not accept responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen items on our site (including Park Farm Campsite). We try to be vigilant on our site and take care of our customers, but it is the customers’ full responsibility to look after their belongings at all times whilst on site.

Entering and exiting

Please use care when entering and exiting the sauna. The sauna has a glass door.

Do not run in the sauna area and do not leave personal belongings lying on the floor.

Areas may be slippery, uneven or dangerous caused by water, snow, ice or other substances. Use of suitable footwear is recommended at all times.

Use / mis-use

The sauna is solely for the purpose of relocation and improving well-being. The sauna is not for indecent exposure, partying, dancing in, or any kind of sexual or illicit behaviour. Anyone found mis-using the sauna will be asked to leave immediately and banned from future use.

Please be aware that direct contact with sauna rocks or the sauna stove may cause serious injury. Our team will handle the stove and wood. Our team will give instructions on when and how to pour water onto the stones. Only provided sauna water should be poured on the hot rocks - no homemade blends, and only oils provided by Wiltshire Wild Sauna.

Clothing is compulsory - we recommend wearing a bathing suit. It is your experience and we want you to be as comfortable as possible. If you want to wear a robe, wrap or t-shirt that is your choice.

Please use a towel in the sauna - to sit on. We require this for cleanliness purposes. Please place your towel on the bench prior to sitting down - it will absorb perspiration.
Understanding the risks

I understand the sauna is solely for the use of relaxation and improved wellbeing. I confirm I have consulted a medical practitioner beforehand for usage for any of the medical conditions listed above but not limited to. I will immediately exit the sauna if I feel unwell.

All persons using the cold dip and cold shower do so at their own risk. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you can handle being exposed to the cold temperature.

I agree that this waiver is effective for all sauna sessions and cold dips, and that staff are not medical professionals and are not able to advise on medical conditions and usage for the sauna. The use of saunas is for 18+ and I consent that I am over 18.

I accept the risks associated with using the sauna and I voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident or death which may arise from using the facility. I hereby waive and release Wiltshire Wild Sauna from any and all liability past, present and future related to sauna sessions.

I understand that Wiltshire Wild Sauna does not take any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items. It is your sole responsibility for looking after your belongings.

I freely accept and fully assume all risks, damages and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage and loss.

I acknowledge this waiver of liability form. I fully understand its terms and conditions and I understand that I am waiving and giving up my right to sue Wiltshire Wild Sauna and any affiliated parties.

I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement voluntarily and intend by my signature for this to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowable by law.

By booking with payment you agree to these Terms of service and our Waiver.
