Who: Arizona veterans, current military (incl. Guard/Reserve), and first responders (current/retired).
• What participants receive: Simple Will, Durable (Financial) Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney,
Living Will/Advance Directive, and HIPAA Release.
• Target time: 20–30 minutes. Cost: Free (Donations welcome and encouraged. Donations will go to
Community Outreach Committee with the American Legion Auxiliary unit 138 to be used for Outreach
Programs and Services).
• Participants can Email [email protected] to schedule appointment and provide requested
documentation listed below.
• Copper State Planning will be the corporate sponsor for this program and will fund the events quarterly
