Join me in Willen Yoga Class by Elena for Beginners Level at Willen Pavilion, Milton KeynesThe class takes place at Willen pavilion, 28 Portland Dr, Willen, Milton Keynes, MK15 9JP, from 7.30pm till 8.40pm.
During the class you will be encourage to maintain your focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures, which will make you feel you both challenged and good! You mind will get drown into the body, focusing on the bodily, which will allow you to put world worries to the side.
While the sequence of postures may be different from class to class, it always follows from basic to complex, and you’ll be able to choose the one, that suits your level now.
This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, works on the balance and tones the body muscles
You don’t have to worry about not being flexible enough or if you would be able to keep up with the class; it all comes with practice.
Students claim to have better night sleep, release with hip arthritis, better posture and energy level!
