The Cellar Stage takes a step back from the metal mayhem to deliver an evening of great music of a different genre. JULES QUINN all the way from New York travels into town and down the ramp with a few of her musical friends. Local favorite Will Shamberger Band tops off the evening.

JULES QUINN -
Jules Quinn a thoughtful & spunky songbird, guitarist, composer, and vocalist from the Hudson Valley, New
York. Noted for her imaginative lyrics, soulful voice, percussive guitar playing, and interesting melodies, Jules has
honed her alternative folk style over the last two decades. Jules comes from a musical family and walks through life
with a song on her breath. She’s played extensively across the greater New York region, collaborating with countless
friends and colleagues in that time. She has released two studio albums, “Our world, your view,” an album of recent
compositions and collaborations created during the pandemic, and “Just Add Vice,” a compilation of fifteen years
worth of songs dedicated to her dad & published in 2019. In general, her music philosophically explores the themes of
nature, the environment, grief, sorrow, mental health, and being working class in America through joy, humor, folk,
grunge, bluegrass/traditional, funk, and rock genres. Jules has been involved in regular grassroots volunteer efforts to
raise funds, awareness, and action for environmental, political, & community causes.
In addition to her solo work, Jules fronts her band, the Mudlarks, based out of Binghamton, NY. The Mudlarks
blend funk, metal, jazz, rock, and folk and have released two singles- “Someday” & “Styrofoam Stew for me & You”-
with a full length album in the works. Jules is preparing a nationwide solo tour for the Spring of 2024 to share this
joyous body of work & connect with others across the country, enjoying collaborations & possibilities yet unknown.
