Come and Shame-Rock Your Jeep in the Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania Saint Patrick’s Day Parade.REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE:This is a Jeep Entry. So unless special permission is granted by the club. You need a Jeep to participate. We ask you to Shame-Rock your Jeep out and be Festive for the Saint Patrick’s day Holiday Parade.
WHEN & WHERE: We will me meeting at Schiel's Family Market located at 30 Hanover St Wilkes Barre Pa 18702 at 12:15pm on Sunday March 9th 2025 to prep for the parade and line up in formation. We will then convoy over to our assigned position for the staging and kickoff of the parade. Time and meeting location is subject to change as we get more information in from the parades organizers so we ask you please be understanding and flexible.

COMMUNICATION: Walkie-Talkies are Recommended for communications during the parade, but not Mandatory. If you don’t have one and would like to enjoy the full experience being able to listen and communicate with your group you can Pre-Order the Warriors Radio of choice and have it ready for you at the event.

WHO CAN ATTEND A CLUB EVENT? Anyone can attend a BlackTop Warrior event that has a Jeep, Has a Jeep interest, or respects the Jeep Life. Unless the event is “Jeep” Specific, we welcome others in the off-Road Community.

When at BlackTop Warriors Jeep Club events please be courteous to others when attending an event, respect people’s space and use your own discretion when attending.
LIABILITY & WAIVER: When attending BlackTop Warriors Jeep Club events and activities you are at your own risk and agree to this liability by attending an event. You are responsible if your vehicle causes damage to another's during the event or club activity. Every Driver must sign in at the beginning of the event. Drivers take responsibility for their passengers. You also agree by att in ending that any pictures or video taken during the event by the BlackTop Warriors Jeep Club or anyone attending is ok to use for the clubs social media platforms. This includes photos or videos posted on platforms posted by attendees.
Last but not least by attending an event or club activity you agree to follow all traffic laws. Anyone Not Following traffic laws during events or club activities will be up for review and may be banished from future club events. Please be a responsible Jeeper. 😇
