Starting Tuesday, 7th January, we’ll meet at 10am every week for a brisk, energising walk to get your blood pumping and muscles moving.
We've created routes to fit all fitness levels, so don't feel like you have to be a pro to get involved 😅 All routes are wheelchair accessible too 👍
