Learn about vertebrate groups, their unique qualities, and habitats. Hands-on props highlight adaptations that different vertebrates use for protection, warmth, and food gathering. Live examples of a reptile, bird, and mammal will be included in the presentation. This presentation is designed for grades 2 through 6, but all ages are welcome. Registration is required at mypark.portagemi.gov. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone. Seats are limited to 30 per session.
