This course is for anyone who would like to deepen their understanding of how to read the clues animals leave behind. We will go into depth on track morphology, gaits, scat, feathers, feeding signs, burrows and more.We will be on the fantastic Bamff Rewilding Estate, which hosts in impressive array of wildlife, including beavers. (There will be an opportunity to watch for beavers in the evening.) Anyone with an interest in wildlife will benefit from this course and it is also ideal for conservation professionals, outdoor educators and bushcrafters. This course will also be ideal preparation for the CyberTracker Track & Sign evaluation taking place 25-26 October!
Dan Puplett has a Professional certificate (100%) in Track and Sign and a Level 3 in Trailing. He has been studying tracking intensively for over two decades and is the aothor of two Field Studies Council guides: Bird Tracks and Signs, and Mammal Tracks and Signs (2nd ed.).
