The Secret Garden hawks, owls, and tiny falcon will be joining the celebration at Wildlife Rescue League’s Critter Carnival at Historic Blenheim in Fairfax, VA on September 21st from 1:00pm to 3:30pm. You’ll meet the raptors up close and personal, hear their individual stories, find out what raptor life is like in the wild, and learn what we can all do to help them thrive in our increasingly human world. You might even get to take a selfie with your favorite birds of prey. All while supporting the work of Wildlife Rescue League.This is your chance to turn your support for Wildlife Rescue League and the work they do for our wild neighbors into a day of fun! Enjoy delicious food and drinks, try your luck with raffles and other games, hear important updates about WRL programs, and visit with and learn about raptors, reptiles, opossums, ducks, and more. They can be real party animals - you don’t want to miss out!
And it’s a great opportunity to learn about and support Wildlife Rescue League’s first-ever Wildlife Rehabilitation Center opening in 2026! This long-awaited and much-needed Center will allow WRL to do even more for our four-pawed, feathered, and scaled friends. It will provide veterinary services, rescue resources, educational workshops, and more. You don’t want to miss out on this very special celebration!
