This tour provides insights into sustainable local farming and a chance to experience the region's finest foods and wines. It includes a tour of a local vineyard and farm.

On the tour, there will be educational talks from a chef, a biodynamic farmer, and a beekeeper about the impact of organic practices on local biodiversity, agriculture and cooking. The tour also includes a vegetarian cooking class where we will learn about food preparation using local organic ingredients as well as identifying wild herbs and edible ﬂowers.
