WildKat fitness has been in Concord since 2012 sharing positive Zumba vibes and providing a big dose of health and fun to the daily routine of hundreds of people just like you! This class will be latin inspired fitness, bring the fun and the vibes!

All fitness levels, bodies, and experience welcome! Classes are for adults but kids can join with their parents.

Exercise in a fun way, gain energy, and glow!

Info: Kathryn, known as WildKat, is a passionate dance fitness instructor and the owner of WildKat Fitness in Concord, California. With over 12 years of experience, she specializes in Zumba, Zumba Toning, Resistance Band Training, and Bollywood Dance Fitness. Kathryn is also a certified Level 2 Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition and holds certifications from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), POP Pilates, and Pound!

Her classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptable, encouraging participants to move in ways that feel comfortable and enjoyable. Kathryn's approach emphasizes fun, variety, and personal empowerment, aiming to help individuals improve strength, agility, mobility, and overall happiness through dance and movement.
