Ipswich Civic Centre Presents…
Melissa Fraser, Raychel Stone and Clare Quinn present ‘Wildflowers’- a celebration of the songs of Dolly Parton, Linda Ronstadt and Emmylou Harris.
This production is a collaboration by prominent, local and independent Queensland artists. Fraser, Stone and Quinn have collectively contributed over 60 years of music and performance to Australia’s thriving music scene. The trio of treasured local songbirds have come together to celebrate harmony and connection through the sharing of songs by the incredible women who have inspired their own musical journeys, with a modern interpretation of the classic songs featured on the ‘Trio’ records, providing a cross-generational musical experience.
Following a sold out performance at Brisbane’s Old Museum and attracting over 800 music lovers to Brisbane’s City Hall, plus recent significant global YouTube success, we are taking the show on the road.

Melissa Fraser
Hailing from Brisbane, QLD, Melissa Fraser has been gracing stages both at home and abroad for almost two decades. Much of that time has seen Melissa injecting her unforgettable vocals and brandishing her bass in the back-line for artists such as Graeme Connors, Tom Curtain, Jackie Marshall, Ben Salter, Mick Medew, Sue Ray and Tim Stewart. Frasers country-oriented solo work, most recently ‘Stay On The Road,’ is infused with her signature pop stylings, melodic hooks and harmonies that are instantly enjoyed by lovers of music young and old.
Raychel Stone
From the heart of the Sunshine Coast, Raychel Stone’s wild-hearted acoustic folk, touched with country burs, impart her hard-won wisdoms through song. With lyrical depth and a raw honesty that evoke an exquisite stillness between its rhythm and breath, Stone uplifts and charms her audiences with a captivating beauty and stage presence. Stone has opened as a solo artist for the likes of Jose Gonzalez, Jackie Marshall, Josh Pyke and The K*ll Devil Hills.
Clare Quinn
Clare Quinn is known for her distinctively effortless vocals. Hailing from SEQ, she is a folk singer living on the edge of country, a true Americana queen. Inspired by travel and sense of home, she has been a songwriter since the tender age of fifteen. She has a stage presence that exudes warmth and makes audience members feel like fast friends. Through her music, Clare is passionate about sharing a sense of community, love and hope. Clare plays guitar, piano, banjo, ukulele, harmonica, percussion and drums and is inspired by legendary women in music from across the spectrum of genres.
