You're cordially invited to the Wildflower Writing Party!

You will have the chance to write with wild abandon through guided prompts and activities.

You might even surprise yourself by what comes up in your writing.

Maybe you will write about the touch of wildness you felt run through you when you stepped out in your porch for a moment and became the night; or about the juice of a ripe peach running down your arms one August day at the Farmers' Market, or about the way your heart keeps breaking (open) by Life again and again.

You might write about something altogether different.

Whatever comes blooming on the page

In "Wildflower Writing Party," you will have the opportunity to:

• Generate new writing through guided prompts and activities on a selected theme. (Theme of this writing party: Aging, Death and Dying)
• Write independently on your personal writing project while in the presence of a supportive community
• Share your writing with others
• Participate in a discussion on the writing process and share valuable tips on how to move through creative blocks
• Articulate your specific writing challenges and/or writing wins to receive support from the group
• Learn specific tips on how to write without censorship and access creative ideas effortlessly
• Use mindfulness and embodiment practices (breathing exercise, visualization and dance break) to feel relaxed, joyful and in creative flow when you write
• Be more playful in your writing practice
