We become mirrors, medicine, and midwives for each other’s transformation.

Circles truly are so much more than pretty spaces that feel nice. We are contributing to the changes we all wish to see by showing up for ourselves and for our circle sisters, and dismantling the aggressive impact of capitalism and patriarchy from within.
Not to mention the immense and numerous health benefits that ocytocin can bring to counter the drastic damage that stress and isolation have caused.

In the Wildflower Women’s circles we eat, we cry, we laugh, we feel fully, we dance 🦄 and we even scream into the void together sometimes. We experience the full spectrum of this human experience but we experience it with ease, grace and connection- we experience it together as oxytocin flows through us.
Wildflower Women’s Circles are a space to gather, to tend to ourselves and each other, and to attune to the rhythms of life with presence and care.
