A gentle, supportive space for mothers and daughters (8–12) to meet early puberty with reverence, connection and care.

Wildflower: Becoming Her is a mother–daughter mini‑series co‑facilitated by Rachel Deering (naturopath & women’s wellness practitioner) and Kayleigh Hart (primary teacher & experienced circle holder).
Empowered Puberty is the first circle in the series - a soft, age‑appropriate introduction to early puberty that helps girls feel more at ease in their bodies, more connected to their inner rhythms and more confident as they begin this transition.
We know these years can feel big, full of emotions, questions and uncertainty. This circle offers a grounded, nurturing space to explore what’s happening with clarity, connection and care.

You’ll leave feeling more connected to each other and your daughter will walk away feeling empowered, supported and more confident in her growing body.
This gathering is intentionally spacious and grounded.

Just a beautiful afternoon of learning, shared moments and honouring this rite of passage.
