Confidently Handle Emergencies Wherever Adventure Takes YouJoin us in Sacramento for a 16-hour hands-on Wilderness First Aid course. This training is for hikers campers outdoor leaders and anyone who spends time outside. You’ll learn how to help in medical emergencies when help is far away. No medical experience is needed.
You will get two certifications:
Wilderness First Aid certification valid for 3 years
EPI (epinephrine auto-injector) Administrator certification valid for 2 years
What You’ll Learn
How to treat injuries like cuts sprains and broken bones
How to respond to serious conditions like heat illness and hypothermia
How to make an emergency plan when help is far away
How to stay calm and act with confidence in an emergency
