With the permission of Forestry England we will gather under the majestic beach trees of Stoke Park Woods and dance to a carefully curated playlist to enhance creative nature connection.Using 'silent disco' headsets, you can adjust the volume to suit and move freely within the beech glade.
No steps to learn, no judgements made and no expectations, just follow your curiosities, imaginings, and joy as you move in the beautifully shaded natural space.

Cash gratefully accepted on the day, but if you want to pay in advance to support both your commitment and my work that’s appreciated. In the eventuality we are rained off your ticket will be transferred to another event or returned minus a £3 commission fee.

Where- If you are driving in… Use car park here https://maps.app.goo.gl/F8XW7CcqeFt6SFwy7. If you arrive in the cemetery you’ve gone a bit to far turn around and take the first small turn on your left. From the car park walk up into the woods and continue straight for around 5 mins until you see some markers to direct you left to our meeting place.

When- The walk will take no more than 10 minutes from either car park. Let’s aim to convene at 4pm for a 4:15 start. On Saturday 19th October.
What- I will bring us together in circle and provide an opportunity to connect more fully with our nature surroundings. I will lead a gentle warmup through the body and then leave you to explore, listening to the headset playlist for an hour before appreciating some inner quiet time before returning to a group circle to reconnect.
How- The terrain is loose and damp underfoot. Please wear suitable footwear. The weather is looking dry, bright and a very mild 15 degrees c (-: Wear layers, and ensure you have something warm for the walk back.
Musts- Bring any water, tea and/or snacks you will need.
There is no loo on site, ensure you go before you arrive!
Also, bring something to sit on, this may include a bin bag to save having a soggy bottom. Some people have chosen to letdown at points through the event so think about what you need (and remember to recycling responsibly (-; )
If you haven’t paid on-line a payment jar will be there and also a register.
