About the artists
Hailing from southern Tasmania, The Clementines are a vibrant trio of singer- songwriters. From intricate acapella arrangements of folk classics, to original songs about womanhood, family, place and belonging, The Clementines are all about harmonies. They have performed at numerous venues and festivals around Tasmania, including the Festival of Voices, Cygnet Folk Festival, Tamar Valley Folk Festival, the Verandah Festival and Mount Roland Folk Festival. You might also hear them on TV as part of the women’s choir featured in the award-winning TV show Deadloch.
Deborah Wace is a botanical artist, fabric designer and professional printmaker from Tasmania. Through her highly detailed and intimate artwork she creates a window into the botany of Tasmania’s wild and often endangered plant communities including native orchids, rainforest, buttongrass and marine plants.
