This is a women's circle. The purpose of this space to for women to gather together to honour and take time for themselves. During this group we usually start by getting a hot drink and settling in, we them call the circle to create a safe container for whatever the women have brought, inviting the women to share how they truly are at this moment and providing a space for reflection. We usually end with a meditation to ground you before entering back into the busy world.You deserve this moment of peace. You deserve to be heard. You deserve to have someone make you a brew and to listen to you.
It’s okay if you’ve never been to a women’s circle before, there is no pressure to join in with any element of the group that doesn’t speak to you.
Come along and give yourself that time.
