Welcome to Wild Women Hawai'i's intimate wellness retreat by the sea near Carlsmith Beach Park in Hilo, Hawai'i! Our 'Refresh' retreat is designed to help you reconnect with nature, yourself, and other wild women. We offer a one-of-a-kind experience for women to immerse themselves in a judgment-free zone while enjoying mermaid-like fun and serenity within a sisterhood of women. Included are sharing circles, floating group meditation, a hands-on mermaid experience, lei-making, pampering, spooky storytelling, and uplifting activities in the ocean and on land to help you embrace simplicity and empower joy. By the end of the retreat, you will feel calm, revived, and connected to yourself and your new retreat sisters.

Keaukaha caresses the coastline of Hilo Bay in a picturesque mix of ocean estuary, saltwater lagoons, cold "ice ponds", exotic jungle, and a sprinkling of black sand beaches. It is a rare treasure of undeveloped, raw beauty that invites a sense of wild tranquility and reflections of a vintage, authentic Hawai'i. Our vintage 1934 lodge is located near Carlsmith Beach Park, just a 5-minute walk from one of the most protected snorkeling spots on the Big Island. The lodge has 8 guest beds (all private rooms!) and 3 bathrooms. On the 2nd floor is an open living room, kitchen, dining room, Japanese tea room, and screened-in wrap-around lanai. Our Sharing Circles will take place in an original Japanese tea room. Please note that attendees must be comfortable with stairs, trekking relatively short but dense uneven jungle trails, and float in the ocean to shoulder level.
