We will gather together to create sacred space for shared stories and a safe container to be our authentic selves. Our focus this month will be aligning with our cycles and learning about seasons of the womb. We will sit in circle to align our energy with our menstrual cycle (or lack of) and learn about eating and resting for the seasons of the womb. Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring an open mind, a comfy blanket, and perhaps a journal.
No experience necessary. $15 suggested donation.*
