Let us gather together at the Journeys In Yoga studio in Tallahassee for an evening of playing the WILD WOMAN WITHIN!
This workshop is for women only and has limited space.
This workshop includes embodiment, sound, voice activation, connection, and sharing.
Wear clothing and adornments that make you feel beautiful sensual! Make sure they are comfortable for a wide range of movements.
Items you may with to bring for comfort and play:
Yoga mat, sheepskin, blanket, pillow, bolster, eye mask, water bottle, scarf, hand held fan, sacred objects, etc. You may also wish to bring a light snack or a non alcoholic beverage to ground you before you drive.
We recommend eating a light yet nourishing meal before joining us so you have energy to move, shake, make sound, connect, and receive the offerings in store for you.
