The softening, the turning inward, the invitation to gather close?
Do you hear the whisper of the season calling you to pause, reflect, and realign?
If so, come take your place in the circle, as we gather to honour the energy of the Autumn Equinox.
🍁 Mabon marks a sacred moment of balance—when day and night stand in equal measure, before the light begins to wane. It’s a time to celebrate the harvest, give thanks for all that we’ve gathered, and gently release what we no longer need to carry into the darker half of the year.
We’ll gather beneath a canopy of trees, beside a small fire, to attune to nature’s wisdom and your own deep knowing. Let this be a moment of stillness, connection, and gentle recalibration.
During this circle, you will receive a nourishing combination of:
● Community, safety & sisterhood
● Being fully witnessed, heard, celebrated & held
● Inspiration to express your true self in a safe, judgment-free space
● Guided meditation & inner journeying
● Breathwork / pranayama
● Sacred share circle (with guided prompts to support the process)
● Journaling prompts
● Mindful movement & embodiment
● Singing in sisterhood (listening warmly welcomed too)
● Ritual for reflection and release around the fire
● Connection with the natural world in a magical woodland garden (with a canopy in case of rain)
● Wholesome vegan, gluten-free cake & herbal tea
🌿 Gatherer & Guardian of the Circle:
Bonnie has served as a therapist for over a decade, supporting adults, children and families before training in yoga, mindfulness, NLP, hypnotherapy and time-based techniques. She is a coach, mentor and circle facilitator devoted to helping women access their inner wisdom and wild essence. These circles are safely held, skillfully guided, and rooted in the cycles of nature, honouring both our inner and outer seasons.

£35 – Standard
£40 – Supporter (helps fund others to attend)

Cancellations with more than 3 days' notice can transfer their place to a future offering. You’re also welcome to send someone in your place.

● Herbal tea & cake provided - bring any extra snacks or food you might like
