About this Event
Immerse yourself in nature, forget about the worries of the week and start your weekend fully relaxed.
Choose from 3 separate activities each day .
Enjoy a morning (2 activities) or full day with us (all 3 activities).
  1. yoga and meditation
  2. a forest bathing walk
  3. willow weaving workshop

All activities are for over 18 year olds


Wild Wellness days happen on these Saturdays: 14th May, 11th June, 9th July, 13th August, 10th September, 15th October and 12th November. You can book each separately.Ticket types:

Yoga & Meditation: £9
Half Day Retreat - Yoga & Meditation + Forest Bathing: £35
Full Day Retreat - Yoga & Meditation + Forest Bathing + Willow Weaving: £75
Willow Weaving only: £40

Light refreshments and cake is provided and included in the price is entry to the gardens for the day also. Please note that lunch is not included but you will have 30ish minutes to get lunch from the café or eat your own picnic in the gardens

Yoga & Meditation 9.30 -10.15 ish

Start off with a refreshing session of Yoga & Meditation to wake the body and mind. This session incorporates meditation and mindfulness techniques , breathwork and gentle yoga.

Please bring a picnic blanket to sit/lie on and a cushion/ yoga mat to make yourself extra comfortable. Feel free to bring a deck chair if you are unable to sit/lie on the ground.


Forest Bathing - Shinrin Yoku 10.30am- 12.30

The Japanese practice of engaging in a forest/natural setting through all of our senses by responding to invitations that the forest presents. You will engage with nature in a mindful way, lead by Faye, receiving all of the physical and mental benefits that nature has to offer, relaxing in a natural setting and deepening your connection to nature. We will finish with a tea ceremony with herbal tea in the garden before you are able to then explore the rest of the gardens for the day.

Whilst there is a short walk, it is not physically demanding but may be unsuitable for those with physical challenges. Please get in touch to discuss if you are not sure.


Willow Weaving 1pm -3pm

Each workshop we will create different willow projects from bird feeders to garden decorations. All materials provided.

  • May & June project is to weave a bird feeder for your garden.
  • July-December projects to be announced.

Finish time is approximate depending on specific willow project.

Light refreshments and cake is provided and included in the price is entry to the Gardens for the day also.
