About this Event
We meet once a month to check in on how we're all doing on our personal wellbeing goals. We celebrate wins together and provide support, ideas and accountability as we navigate our way towards living our lives to the fullest and most well.
We start with a check in. Then have a discussion on a topic of interest to the group (health hacks, easy ways to add exercise to your day, myth busting etc) and then check out setting goals or intentions for the coming month.
The group is hosted by Lily- an experienced wellness and behaviour change coach.
