Join us every first Friday of every month for an evening of deep healing and self-discovery through the power of breath.
I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to hold space at the beautiful and special Sacred Energy Empowerment Center in Salt Lake City.
This magical space is the perfect environment for our Breathwork Journey where I will guide you through a powerful and transformative experience, using the ocean waves as a guide to help you dive deep into your journey .
Whether you’re new to breathwork or have practiced before, each journey is unique and can bring new insights. Even if you feel you’ve worked through your emotions, sometimes there's more hidden beneath the surface. Breathwork is a powerful tool to release stored tension, stress, and trauma from the body. It’s a chance to awaken, heal, and reconnect with your true self.

- When: Dec 6th and then Every first Friday of the month from 6pm PM - 7:30 PM

What to Bring:
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- Bring a yoga mat if you have one.
- A blanket and an eye mask are optional but can enhance your experience.
- Don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Most importantly, bring an open heart and a willingness to be guided.
Come with curiosity and leave feeling lighter, more centered, and transformed. I invite everyone whether it's your first time or your 10th to experience this powerful journey with us.
