Spring equinox is upon us, let’s get out for a wild walk together and give nature and ourselves some love. We will be stopping off to visit some ancient trees and spending time in their company, doing a bit of forest bathing, enjoying some mindfulness moments and exploring different habitats whilst remembering playfulness outdoors.
Feel free to bring any suitable offerings for the trees, no candles please.
Suitable for all ages.
Wrap up warm as we will be sitting/ laying on the ground at points.
This is about a 3-4km walk so we can visit lots of areas.
Meeting at the small carpark before the bridge and bridge wood on priory lane.
