What We’ll Be Doing
The Wild Truth Reset blends somatic work, Gestalt-style experiential processes, nervous system regulation, and embodied truth-telling — designed to create change that actually sticks.
This is not about fixing.
It’s about listening, unwinding, and recalibrating.
Expect a mix of:
Body-based and somatic practices
Nervous system regulation and grounding
Experiential Gestalt exploration of patterns and boundaries
Truth circles (no pressure, no forcing)
Reflection, integration, and spacious pauses
Gentle ritual and nature-based moments
Everything is invitational.
