An epic weekend exploring some of north Wales most beautiful wild swimming spots.Leave your kids at home, turn your phone off and immerse yourself in this incredible landscape. You’ll stay at Tŷ Newydd Writing Centre in the village of Llanystumdwy on the banks of the river Dwyfor.
The centre has comfy single occupancy rooms and plenty of space to relax. All meals are provided, including plenty of cake to fuel those swims.
Crystal clear rivers, idyllic waterfalls and llyns nestled within the mountains. We’ll swim in at least five different glorious locations during the weekend.
We want to give you the confidence to plan your own wild swims. Wild Swimming is good for the soul. This retreat is suitable for adults only.
No super fancy kit is needed, just a swimsuit, towel and some shoes to wear in the water. You might choose to bring a changing robe.
A reasonable level of fitness is required as we often have short, uphill, off road walks to swim spots.
