Our journey to self-love and self acceptance will be guided through beautiful heart meditations, conscious yogic movement and a soothing sound journey. As an extra treat, there will be Reiki healings from Reiki master, Elaine.

About Claire
Claire is an intuitive medicine woman and ceremony facilitator with many years experience of running spiritual healing retreats and workshops. She brings her skills of conscious movement and yoga, sound healing and shamanic process work. Claire is a gifted and intuitive navigator of the ceremonial space. She also works as a yoga teacher and as an Holistic Life Coach (Wild Soul Coaching), committed to helping people realise their true health and wellbeing potential.
About Elaine:
Elaine is a naturally gifted intuitive and psychic/medium who has been using her skills to help people communicate with Spirit. She has been practicing Reiki for several years now and is passionate about using her gifted hands to heal. She is also a talented Card Reader.
