There will be a part with sound medicine, mantra and we will continue with very slow meditative movements that will allow us to become present with our bodies and surrender the parts that are holding us and our life force. Ending will be sealed with wisdom circle and rose petal ceremony.

Please arrive a few minutes before 6:30pm so we can start on time
