A chance to dedicate time and space to reflect and identify what matters to you and how to integrate that into your life. This weekend camp will include a combination of reflective and practical sessions, shared meals, campfires, an optional solo overnight hammock camp and a chance to deepen your understanding of self and your interrelationship with nature.Remind yourself what makes you feel most alive and take inspiration from the natural systems and the spaces that will surround you during this weekend. It is not a retreat, rather a stepping forward into a clearer and more focused place where you are reminded of the gifts you can bring in service to yourself, the communities you live within and the natural world.
What does it look like:
Like all of our programmes this is a mixture of hands-on practical skills and sessions that support you to explore what matters to you on a deeper, personal level. Arrive on Friday evening so that we can settle into the woodland camp and cover some skills that will help you over the weekend. Options to sleep in tents or in hammocks. Saturday will see a mixture of activities that help you to prepare for an overnight solo camp (should you wish) where you will hold a question clearly in your mind. Sunday will be dedicated to reflection and what this experience has offered you and how to weave that into your life in a meaningful and realistic way.
Timings: 18.00 Friday to 16.00 Sunday
Our accommodation is camping within the woodland, you can either bring your own tent or you can borrow one of our hammocks and tarps (free of charge).
18yrs plus (minimum group size 6, maximum group size 12).
