Join us in the height of summer for a sacred 2.5-hour retreat designed to help you release, restore, and realign.
Wild Reclamation is a guided somatic experience in the forest—blending earth-based movement, breath-led presence, nervous system repair, and a full sound healing journey under the trees. This is a return to the sacred within and around you.
🌲 Your Journey Includes:
1:00 PM – Opening Circle + Forest Grounding
- Saining, welcome tea, breath + body anchoring
- Slow walk to the grove, barefoot optional
1:30 PM – Somatic Movement + Embodiment Practice
- Guided sequences to release tension, reconnect breath, and rewild the body
2:00 PM – Live Sound Bath + Energy Healing
- Receive a full vibrational journey with crystal bowls, chimes, drum, flute, and voice
- Energetic recalibration offered throughout
2:45 PM – Integration & Reflection
- Oracle card, journaling prompts, group or silent closing
3:30 PM – Departure in Peace
