About this Event

An intermediate to advanced yoga class in the slow flow tradition of Hatha Yoga. Together we will connect the mind, body and soul through as we practice techniques in pranayama and asana, dropping in to further self awareness. Previous yoga experience recommended.

*Drop-in classes are $20
