Let's be real. Most of us do not dance "like nobody is watching". We move from ideas, patterns, from what is perceived as attractive or safe. And there are good reasons for it.
But: How would it feel if there is truly nobody watching? How would you move if you are not busy with dancing but being danced?

Don't know the dance steps? Good. All you need to know is that your subconscious will guide you. In Trance Dance we allow movement to arise from our beings natural impusles.
Moving into trance is one of the oldest methods of coming back into touch with our own life force, our visions and the bigger picture of our journey on earth.
