We will meet 1-2 days a month April- November “in the field” at various locations in Kitsap county and in the classroom. Ideally you take the entire series, but I am flexible with attendance at the moment, and you can pay monthly attending the months you are able. You will learn plant identification, safety/toxicity, medicinal uses, ethical harvesting, medicine making, and more. Each month you will learn new herbs. A day will include walking in the forest, learning everything listed above, doing a plant sit, lecture, eating your packed lunch, processing herbs, maybe going to the classroom to process herbs and make medicine and taking notes.
More dates: May 17/18, June 28, July 19, August 16/17, Sep 20/21, Oct 18, Nov 8/9.
$150/day.
