For both beginners and more experienced cooks, a day is spent in the only Wild Kitchen in Lincolnshire learning how to cook delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes. Ken Bateup will demonstrate the methods, with your hands-on assistance. You will learn the how to stuff, roast, braise, fry, smoke, and ember-cook a range of vegetables with different flavourings: spices, vinegars, and butters. Come hungry; you are going to taste all the dishes we make on the day. You can replicate these dishes at home on your cooker, in a garden oven or on the BBQ.
