Please join us on Sunday 7 September at 2 pm on the Spaanschemat Trail in Constantia for a multidimensional and enriching foraging experience facilitated by wild food pioneer Angela Pozarycki and locally indigenous landscaper Erin Cowie. We will meet in the parking lot at Peddlars on the Bend and cross together into the Spaanschemat Trail. Angela will be sharing her knowledge of and passion for foraging, focussing on the use of exotic and invasive plants for their culinary and medicinal qualities and Erin will be sharing embodiment practices that will plant us firmly back into the web of life that we belong to and rely on in order to thrive. This offering is a collaborative weaving together of mindful foraging skills, Earth wisdom and eco-psychology which aims to shift old paradigms and offer new, life-giving ways of being in the world. Please arrive at 1.45pm so that we can start on the trail together at 2pm sharp. We aim to be back at the parking lot by 4.30pm. The exchange is R280 payable by EFT to secure your place. Please contact Angela on Whatsapp 079 269 2205 to book. We aim to be financially inclusive; sliding scale and sponsored places are available.
We are looking forward to sharing our magick with you! With wild love, Angela and Erin.
